In November 2017 I tried following a ketogenic diet and lost 40 pounds by March the next year. Whilst these days I try to maintain with a more relaxed “low carb” diet; I still try various products either recommended by various keto communities or marketed for a ketogenic or low carb diet.

A place was needed for my thoughts on these products; thus, this site was born!
